Hello to all across the lands. My name is Fredrick from the Sheltered Lands. I know many of you will be traveling the mists soon to new lands. I am a celestial formalist, still early in my training. If any of you have ritual scrolls that will travel to these new lands that can be spellcrafted I can cast a few of these for you. I am also looking for a Limited Circle ritual scroll that I could spellcraft from.
